Soooo... I have to be honest. My working out fell off. I was so hyped about doing my 3 workouts in 1 week. Every week. But... I got lazy. However, I am back on. Now to your regularly scheduled programming.

I picked up this "Dancing With the Stars: Dance off the Pounds" DVD. It includes the Swing, the Jive, and the Quickstep.  The Swing is my favorite! Here's a little video footage of the routine. And this was my first time doing this, so, no, I didn't get all the moves perfectly. However, I was moving. And that's the whole point!
