a joint effort between my cousin Marlina and I. To both share our experiences on life or whatever else. Up to this point, she is yet to contribute. However, I'm going to visit her next weekend to attend a Christmas party hosted by the hospital that she works for. Hopefully I'll get a few snapshots here and there of our rendezvous.

Anywho, yesterday, since I was off, I'd planned to do some Christmas shopping, then head to Seasons of Japan to have sushi for lunch. After a little more shopping, I'd planned to go to The Tea Room to wind down with a cup of tea and a good book. I'd finish off the evening by going to Bible Study then come home to wrap Christmas presents while watching one of my new favorite dramas on ABC called "Revenge".

Whew! A full day, huh? Not really. Notice how many times the word "planned" was mentioned in the above paragraph. Yeeeah. My day didn't play out quite like that. I didn't leave the house until early afternoon (there goes lunch) and spent the whole day Christmas shopping and only had time to pick up something at McDonald's drive through before heading to church. Although I missed out on sushi, and tea, and ABC played a RERUN (ugh!) of "Revenge", I still think yesterday was a rather productive day. I got most of my shopping done and my Pastor taught on "Grace" (one of the gifts from God that I am most passionate about) last night at Bible study. All in all, it was a good day.

I got some goodies. Some of the things, I actually want to keep for myself!!

I was so digging my look for the day. My hair was styled in a perm rod set. I recorded video footage of it and am now editing it. I love the look with bangs. I was feeling such a '70s vibe that day. With a style as funky as this, one can't help but bust a move.

And the "Robot" was sure to follow.

Had to showcase my accessories. They are some of my favorite pieces at the moment.
