This was actually a meal that I made, um.. a couple of weeks ago, maybe? Anywho, I don't really have exact measurements for anything. It's just something that my grandmother used to make and then my mom started to make and now I make. It's all just guesstimation. A little bit of this. A little bit of that. You know.

It's so "nicely" plated on a paper plate because I was packing it as lunch for the night at work and I didn't have any Tupperware large enough for the turkey leg. 

Place the turkey legs in a small pan and season to taste. I used salt, pepper, and Season All.

 Slice two carrots and throw those in the pan.

 Slice a couple stalks of celery and throw those in as well.

 Can't bake meat without an onion, right? Right? Right.

 Then throw in a couple chunks of potatoes.

Add enough water to cover the bottom half of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on 375 for a couple of hours or until meat is to your liking.


 And now, YOU EAT!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention how I made the rice. I used the Success rice, you know the boil-in-bag kind? To season, I added salt, pepper, Season All, and butter to boiling water. Then I cut up a bit of onion (of course) and a bit of green pepper to add to the water. After this began to boil, I then placed the bag of rice in the pot and cooked it for about 10 minutes or so.
