I mean, I can't say for sure as I've only used them twice. But I think I like 'em.

 Curls Unleashed Sulfate Free Shampoo

I randomly came across this one morning after work when I was looking for a new sulfate free shampoo. Standing there in the store, I Googled for reviews before actually making my purchase. The reviews seemed quite favorable. After two shampoos, it seems it was a pretty good buy. I'll see how I feel once I finish the whole bottle.

Some of the reviews I read said:
-It left the hair clean without feeling stripped.
-It made the hair super soft.
-It's moisturizing.
-It helps with detangling.

My opinion:
-It definitely left my hair clean without feeling stripped.
-It didn't make my hair super soft. I mean, it wasn't hard. It just felt it's normal textured feel.
-It did leave my hair very moisturized. With some shampoos, I feel I have to immediately add a conditioner after rinsing out the shampoo or my hair will crunch and break like a piece of straw in the desert. With this shampoo, my hair still felt very moisturized after I rinsed it out and my hair began to air dry.
-The first time I used it, my hair was already pre-detangled a bit. Combing through while shampooing was not a problem. The second time I used it, I had not pre-detangled. I wouldn't say that it made detangling any easier than normal.

Overall: I like it. I'll probably use it again the next time I shampoo my hair. And maybe the next time as well.

Herbal Essences Honey I'm Strong Conditioner

                                                           off treatment

I found out about this conditioner after seeing Krystal from >>The Feisty House<< mention it on her blog. I decided to try it out as I was looking for a new conditioner and I am a fan of a number of Herbal Essences products. I did the conditioning treatment the way I normally do it. Applied the product, combed through, and twisted my hair in sections. Ended up with about 6 or 7 individual twists. I pilled them on top of my head and covered with a >>terry turban head wrap<< that was wet and warmed in the microwave, and covered that with a >>conditioning cap<<. I like conditioning my hair this way. The conditioning cap says that it can be used alone because it is self warming and uses body heat to condition the hair. However, I don't think it does enough on its own. Adding in the warm, wet turban underneath adds warmth that the conditioning cap then holds in. I left this on for maybe an hour or two. Afterwards, my hair was super soft. I loved it!

So two shampoos and two conditioners in and I like. Hope the feeling lasts.
