Last night I hosted an event at my house and wanted to provide my guest with a small meal. 'Cause I mean, you can't invite people over and not feed 'em, right? So, I did what any woman of the 2000s would do and consulted >>Pinterest<< to find a quick party food. Well, nothing with a crock pot is quick per se, but prep time is practically nothing and the cook time is super convenient.

Ingredients:
(3) Pork chops- this served a party of 7 adults and 6 kids with practically none left over
Seasoning- I used Italian seasoning and minced onions
Barbecue sauce- I used (1) 18 oz of Hickory Smoke and about half of (1) 18 oz Honey Hickory Smoke

Directions:
-Add water and a small amount of barbecue sauce to cover the bottom of the crock pot.
-Season meat and add one piece to the pot.
-Cover with barbecue sauce.
-Continue adding meat and sauce until you have placed all of your meat and it is submerged in sauce.
-Cook on low for about 4 hours or until the meat becomes tender and falls off of the bone. (I think I turned it up to high for an extra hour to speed up the process).
-Remove meat from pot and place in a separate bowl to remove bones.
-Shred meat with two forks.
-Return meat to pot on low. Just to keep warm until guests arrive.
-Eat and enjoy!!!

To finish out the meal, I bought hamburger buns for sandwiches, plain Lays potato chips, and Vlassic pickles. (I don't eat pickles but all the barbecue joints I go to throw a pickle on the side so I assume it goes!) And Simply Lemonade- 'cause you can't have barbecue without lemonade. I didn't get to take pictures of the entire meal. It was all gone before I could say, "Hey-"...
